Job Type: Full-Time
Are you a detail-oriented HR professional fluent in Korean and English? A growing company is seeking a Korean-English Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process: post job openings, review resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate background checks.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment processes.
  • Ensure timely approval of employee timecards by department managers.
  • Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Provide general HR support and complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Korean and English is required.
