Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is looking for a Sonographer to work in a full-time position in Diagnostic Radiology, predominately working 12-hour shifts (7:30am -8pm). Shared on-call coverage required, up to 10 shifts per month (8pm 7:30am). The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnostic exams on inpatients, outpatients, and Emergency room patients. The candidate will be working with a GE E10 Ultrasound. The candidate should have a strong basic knowledge of equipment for preventive maintenance and safe operation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- License: ARDMS or ARRT (US) required within one year from date of hire. Must be Registry Eligible without ARDMS or ARRT.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.
