The AR Clerk position is an essential role in our Business Office. This position manages daily revenues, weekly billing, and AR aging.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review daily gross revenues to ensure accuracy and assist with month-end revenue closeout.
  • Maintain A/R aging and post all cash receipts accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare weekly billing logs, ensuring all diagnosis codes and certifications are received.
  • Process itemized billings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of business office experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and coding in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
