SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, CURRICULUM AND SCHEDULING, University Registrar Join Boston University as a Senior Program Coordinator, Curriculum and Scheduling in the Office of the University Registrar. This role involves collaborating with staff across the Office of the University Registrar, the Enrollment & Student Administration unit, and external partners. The position reports to the Associate Registrar for Curriculum and Classroom Management. Primary Responsibilities Providing operational support for Curriculum and Classroom Management. Managing the Curriculum Management inbox. Conducting quality control checks on work and schedules. Re-educating academic schedulers on processes and procedures. Communicating with internal and external clients accurately and regularly. Organization Overview The Office of the University Registrar supports student progress through various services, including registration, record maintenance, transcripts, enrollment verification, and scheduling. A bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience are necessary. Customer service skills are highly desirable. Industry-specific skills training is available. Preferred Skills Experience in higher education. Familiarity with Student Information Systems like Banner or PeopleSoft. Project management and process improvement experience. Ability to communicate technical info effectively and present to groups. Technology Skills Experience with relational databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of room scheduling software such as 25Live. Boston University is an equal opportunity employer.
