Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Background in healthcare, hospitality, or complex commercial builds preferred
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field ideal
- Strong budget, schedule, and subcontractor management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with project management software and industry-standard tools
- Oversee all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction to closeout
- Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites
- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues
- Track project progress, costs, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
