Project Specialist
The Department of Neurology is seeking an experienced Project Specialist with a master's in Public Health or Biostatistics to be part of the multiple sclerosis research team. This position will assist the principal investigators with study protocols such as statistical analysis plans, project planning and management, collection, cleaning, and management of data, including programming edit checks, performing data validation, and resolving data discrepancies, conducting statistical analyses including descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and data visualization, assist in recruitment and retention, reporting and dissemination. Candidate will contribute to the development of research documentation for publication and reports. Must be able to work independently as well as work well with other personnel staff. Must be detail oriented keep technical records, present reports, assist in developing and completing reports for publication and grant writing.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Additional Education Requirements: Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience: 2 years
Minimum Skills: Directly related education and experience to be able to advise on project procedures and analysis techniques.
Preferred Education: Master's degree
Preferred Experience: 3 years
