This role supports a high-impact
Excess & Obsolete (E&O) Inventory Project . The initiative involves reconciling SAP inventory data with demand signals from O9 and EDW to enhance inventory visibility, costing accuracy, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key member of the SAP project implementation team Analyze and extract inventory quantity and cost data from SAP MM/FICO modules Reconcile inventory data between SAP and EDW to ensure accuracy and consistency Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to validate E&O logic and reporting Assist in building unit, integration, and user acceptance test cases and functional specifications Participate in workshops, testing, and validation of E&O reporting and dashboards Work with large datasets to identify anomalies and partner with EDW team for reconciliation Required Qualifications:
5+ years in SAP FICO as a Business Analyst or Consultant Strong expertise in inventory valuation, costing, and reconciliation Hands-on experience with SAP MM, FI, and CO modules Experience reconciling inventory quantity/cost between SAP and EDW Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with E&O inventory analysis or supply chain finance Familiarity with O9 Solutions or other demand planning systems SQL experience
