Description We are seeking a System Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for Information Technology (IT) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in troubleshooting, operations, and configuration, with proven experience managing IT infrastructure across UNIX and Windows environments. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure the reliability, performance, and integrity of client/server, storage, network, and mobile systems. Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution Support escalation processes and communicate status to agency management and internal customers Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning Support dispatch system operations and resolve hardware-related issues Troubleshoot IT systems with in-depth technical expertise Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, network configuration, and performance enhancements Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets

Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Benefits Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $115,000 - $145,000.
