Simply put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will: Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living Meadow Creek Village (assisted living)
