3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Train on 1st shift for 1 week, then move to 3rd) | Monday-Friday

About the Role
This role is responsible for inspecting products as they come off machines or before shipping to ensure they meet company standards. You'll use precision measuring tools, follow quality protocols, and document findings while maintaining compliance with safety and food safety guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
Perform inspections and tests according to company quality plans using precision measuring tools and lab equipment
Provide feedback in line with company standards and policies
Immediately report non-conforming quality issues to the lead/supervisor
Issue hold tags and non-conformance reports as needed
Ensure quality reports, production documents, and calibrations are accurate
Communicate issues during daily shift meetings between shifts
Accurately perform data entry in Word and Excel
Report food safety and quality concerns to the appropriate personnel
Fill in for Packer absences on bag lines as needed
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Requirements
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Prior quality inspection experience highly preferred
Computer skills (Word & Excel)
Ability to work overtime
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Dress Code
Pants must be worn at the waist; no low rider or baggy pants
Leggings/jeggings must be covered in the buttock area
No loose clothing, skirts, or dresses
No low-cut, belly shirts, spaghetti straps, or muscle shirts
Tank tops must have at least 2" straps
No open-toe or open-heel shoes
Shorts must be past fingertips when arms are at sides
Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back or in a hat
No long/dangling jewelry or accessories on the production floor
Sweatshirts allowed; hoodies cannot be worn up and strings must be tucked/removed
Coats, jackets, purses, and bags must be kept in lockers
ID badges must be worn at all times
Attire must not be sexually suggestive or display offensive language/images
Non-compliance may result in being sent home to change (attendance policy applies) Prescreening
