To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain IT End Points including PC, Tablets, Industrial scanners, security hardware, printers, software, and peripherals.
•Manage and resolve support tickets related to end points and related troubleshooting.
•Review email and end point security logs and actions.
•Ensure system compliance based on audit results.
•Assist with operating system maintenance including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
•Responsible for end point server security.
•Support for Network monitoring and alerting applications.
•Incident/Problem/Change management. Maintain a detailed log to resolve and/ or track progress and resolution of problems in the area of expertise.
•Assisting in driving team goals and initiatives.
•May have I.T. budget responsibilities for applicable areas and develop continuous improvement initiatives to minimize expenditures and optimize resource utilization and deployment.
•Will be required to be available for after-hour support for evenings and weekends. On-call is rotational.
Required experience: Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience. Minimum of one (1) year to three (3) years of experience in the IT support field. Expertise in multiple disciplines in IT infrastructure: Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 Android OS End Point Security - Crowdstrike / Proofpoint Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Preferred additional skills and abilities:
Knowledge of M365 applications. Knowledge of physical security access and surveillance. SCCM , InTune management, Altiris, Connectwise. Monitoring tools such as Orion, Auvik.
