Apply Agile principles to complex hardware, software, and network systems Lead requirements definition using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Oversee configuration management, integration, and Technical Data Package creation Guide component selection, qualification testing, and production readiness Develop and execute obsolescence management strategies Direct system modeling, simulation, and test/evaluation activities Ensure compliance with MIL-STD, IPC, and IEEE hardware standards What You'll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described Expertise in RF, IP networking, analog, and digital electronics in secure environments STEM degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field Proficiency in Technical Data Package development for military systems Experience in component selection and lifecycle planning for defense hardware Familiarity with configuration management, change control, and version control systems
