What You'll Do:
As a XL Delivery Associate, you will either drive a vehicle or be part of a team, delivering 50 to 100 packages a day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering hundreds of smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week (will have to work many Saturdays) and 10 hours each day.
We have three positions to choose from:
Box Truck Driver. Earn $21+ per hour, drive a 16 or 26 foot box truck, work with a helper to deliver packages up to 300 pounds. Cargo Van Driver. Earn $19.75 per hour, drive a cargo van, work independently to deliver packages weighing up to 150 pounds. Helper. Earn $17.00 per hour. No driving required, ride and work with box truck driver to deliver packages up to 300 pounds. Come be a part of our A-MAZE-ING Team:

You are expected to complete your route, not other people's routes too. What You'll Need:
Must be at least 21 years old to drive, 18+ to be a helper Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment Must be able to move boxes up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation Must have a positive attitude Must be able to pass a drug test

Morning, afternoon, weekday and/or weekend
