Group Account Director Client Engagement

Brand / Social In this role you will: Lead the Brand (including Integrated Content, Social Media and Experiential) teams for the critical Lincoln client at Hudson Rouge / US Be based in either our New York or Detroit offices Proactively identify opportunities for practice evolution Expert in understanding and addressing clients' business problems, and determining how to strategically engage, grow and integrate complementary agency practices to deliver a vision and solutions to address them Lead extensive and critical engagements with clients Support/provide strategic direction related to client and project challenges Responsible for transparent business and outcome communication to all audiences: internal, external, and clients, as appropriate for each group Model desired client partnership and business leadership behaviors, partnering with other capabilities to deliver: Marketing/strategic rigor World-class creative excellence Cross-channel integration Go-to-market innovation and performance Media innovation Data-driven decisions Operational excellence in a way that fosters empowered teams Entrepreneurial spirit Financial performance Actively engage in the professional development of direct reports Be expected to travel to client (Dearborn MI) and other Hudson Rouge offices, as well as supervise content production shoots a few times per year You Are/Have

At least 10-15 years of experience, including large-agency integrated or client-side experience A digital and social native, with award-winning experience transforming these channels from "TV extensions" into powerful tools for engaging customers and culture Automotive experience Premium/luxury brand knowledge and/or experience is a plus Passionate about world-class, award-winning creative work

and are a transformative "spark plug" to drive projects, briefs, teams and work to get there Just as passionate about "winning" in the marketplace

a desire to follow campaign performance, optimize, learn, grow and try new things to help give our work and our clients an edge Proven performance in leading and building effective teams and practices to their best results At home in a boutique agency (Hudson Rouge), but just as comfortable interfacing with large matrixed organizations (VML, WPP@Ford, the client) A deeply curious person with an appetite for understanding business and industry drivers, competitor activity, brand intel, consumer insights and emerging consumer trends. Emotional intelligence that helps you lean into the culture of the agency and bring people along with you Global awareness (all the better -- if you are a global citizen) The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $100,000 - $230,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
