CNC Plasma Operator
Join our team as a CNC Plasma Operator, where you will set up and operate CNC Plasma Cutters to cut steel for production. You will be responsible for loading programs and setting up the machine for various jobs, navigating CNC controls, and operating the machine according to blueprints and customer specifications. Your role will also involve inspecting cut materials for quality using measuring tools, as well as loading and unloading parts and materials. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Plasma Cutters. Load programs and set up machines for different jobs. Navigate CNC controls and operate the machine. Follow blueprints and customer specifications accurately. Inspect cut materials for quality using measuring tools. Load and unload parts and materials. Essential Skills
Experience with plasma table operations. Proficiency in CNC operation and CNC Plasma. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Competence in using measuring tools. Minimum of 6 months experience operating CNC Plasma Cutters. Why Work Here?

The work environment is heavy industrial with abundant machinery and equipment. While clean, the manufacturing area is located in an older pole barn-type warehouse that lacks temperature control and has minimal insulation. Be prepared for cold temperatures in winter and heat in the summer. The position is on a swing shift, with hours from 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. Training will occur on a day shift from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, for 2-4 weeks. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
