As an Infant Teacher, you'll help lay the foundation for a child's future by: Providing a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment Following the
Primrose Balanced Learning
curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth Maintaining strong communication with parents and caregivers Supporting and guiding infants through milestones with patience and care Ensuring classroom safety and cleanliness Collaborating with teammates and leadership What You Bring:
Experience in a licensed early childhood program (teaching or assistant teaching) Understanding of infant developmental needs Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and safely handle infants (including lifting in/out of cribs) Meets all local childcare licensing requirements A 2-year degree or higher in early childhood education is a plus! Key Skills for Success:
