Senior Project Manager (Remote)

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity, focusing on enterprise system implementations and enhancements. This individual will manage full project lifecycles, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business goals. The SPM will be responsible for creating project charters, gathering, documenting, and tracking requirements and use cases, managing the UAT (user acceptance testing) process, tracking budgets, running Agile stand-ups for development teams and reporting critical path issues to the project and Executive Team. What You'll Do: Lead multiple enterprise-level projects of medium-to-large size simultaneously, and their respective project teams of varying sizes through project life cycle Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with executive sponsors and stakeholders Facilitate requirement gathering, process mapping, and solution design workshops across departments Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication strategies Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and third-party developers to drive successful delivery Oversee UAT planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring end-user readiness and adoption Track budgets, manage change control, and provide clear and frequent status updates to leadership and executive teams Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and critical path issues Serve as a primary liaison for internal teams and external implementation partners Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations on project health, ROI, and strategic alignment Lead post-implementation reviews and ensure transition to steady-state operations Document business processes both related to projects and internally, communicate opportunities for improvement and develop plans to execute Exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve complex problems regarding project, department or division-related work Qualifications & Interests: 6+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, product management, business case reporting and process improvement 3+ years of experience managing complex enterprise system implementation projects for tools such as NetSuite, ServiceNow, HR and Payroll Systems, etc Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or system integration projects across multiple business units PMP certification required ServiceNow and/or NetSuite certifications are a plus Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows Experience in executive-level stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of business applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio) Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
