Production Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. Shift: 1st shift: 6am

Thursday Responsibilities
Operate a wide range of power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, saws) and hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) to perform production tasks. Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Essential Skills
Experience in assembly using technical tools such as micrometers. Comfortable or willing to use and be around a wide variety of power tools including drills, saws, and expanders. Willingness and readiness to use and learn a variety of machines including CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
