HITT is seeking an experienced Accounting ERP Manager with a strong background in accounting, financial systems, and project management to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our accounting and finance-related Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules. This role will act as both a technical and functional leaderbridging the gap between finance and ITand will manage end-to-end ERP projects to ensure alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Responsibilities: Design and maintain the overall architecture of the accounting and financial modules within the ERP system (e.g., General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax). Ensure the ERP system supports compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulatory standards. Lead configuration, integration, and data migration efforts related to accounting functions. Develop scalable solutions for intercompany transactions, financial consolidations, and reporting. Project Management: Plan and execute ERP implementation and future upgrade projects, focusing on accounting and financial processes. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders from accounting, EBS, and audit/compliance. Oversee cross-functional project teams including developers, system integrators, consultants and accounting SMEs. Track milestones and communicate progress and risks to appropriate stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as a liaison between the accounting department, EBS, and various consulting teams, translating financial reporting needs into ERP functionality. Partner with auditors and external consultants to ensure system and processes are in alignment with internal controls. Develop and maintain documentation and policy guidelines for ERP processes & controls to be used as role-based training tools, guides, and resources. Governance & Optimization: Establish and enforce best practices for ERP financial workflows, month-end close, reporting, and reconciliation processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial modules through robust validation and reconciliation procedures. Stay informed on ERP software updates and regulatory changes that impact financial systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Relevant ERP certifications or experience (SAP, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale ERP and/or other relevant financial reporting platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple cohorts or initiatives simultaneously. Highly proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook), Oracle Fusion or other comparable ERP platforms. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess training needs and deliver impactful solutions. HITT Contracting is an equal opportunity employer.
