Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for assisting in the processing and maintenance of employee payroll records, taxes, and other employee deductions. Duties and responsibilities include: Open and distribute the payroll mail Scan the Garnishment Orders to ADP Follow up with ADP on the scanned Garnishment Orders Complete and scan the Medical Support Orders Follow up on the Medical Support Orders Maintain the payroll email box Enter W4 and direct deposits into PeopleSoft Assist field management and HQ departments with payroll inquiries and following through to resolution of the issue Provide problem resolution for vendor pay card issues for assigned locations File all garnishments, medical support orders, W4 paperwork, direct deposits into employee files Process and mail out paychecks and vacation details, for certain employees, after each pay is completed Assist payroll team on special projects as they arise Qualifications: High School degree or GED required. Minimum of 1 year payroll processing experience strongly preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficient PC/spreadsheet skills required. Ability to use critical thinking skills in the interpretation of data. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
