Quality Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality assurance and validation within a regulated industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements and support our growing team with multiple projects on the horizon. Responsibilities

Develop and execute validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and TMV. Maintain detailed validation documentation such as VMPs, reports, and SOPs. Conduct risk assessments and manage change controls. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including GMP, GLP, CSV, and data integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally to support validation strategy and training initiatives. Monitor system performance and lead requalification activities. Qualify suppliers and vendors. Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in validation or quality within a regulated industry. Knowledge of FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 820 standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience with validation software. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers. Experience with OGP Smart Scopes. Work Environment

This position requires spending 70% of the time on the floor and 30% at a computer. The role is part of a tenured team with growth opportunities due to upcoming retirements and a variety of projects currently in development. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
