2nd Shift Shipping and Receiving Specialist
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Shipping and Receiving Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: Label and store products in designated locations for efficient retrieval. Process returns and manage damaged materials to minimize losses. Support shipping and manufacturing with timely material delivery. Uphold warehouse safety and organization, implementing FIFO practices. Manage after-hours deliveries and establish a receiving email group. Organize North areas for accurate inventory tracking. Evolve into cycle counting, RMA processing, and supply chain communication. Verify accuracy of deliveries, ensuring alignment with purchase orders. Maintain accurate stock records in our ERP system. Lift up to 50 lbs as required. Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment. Experience in loading and unloading heavy products. Ability to operate a forklift is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Warehouse pick/pack experience. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Machine operation skills. Experience with material handling and warehouse distribution. Proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Order picking and palletizing skills.
