Global Security Executive Security Coordinator
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Global Security Executive Security Coordinator to join our Global Security Department located in New Brunswick, NJ. Reporting to the Global Security Director, Executive Security Services, the Executive Security Coordinator is essential for providing administrative support, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of the executive security strategy aimed at protecting our senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director, Executive Security Services, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations in support of the Director's initiatives and objectives. Maintain and organize records related to executive security operations, training, and incidents. Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders regarding executive security matters and initiatives. Collaborate closely with Global Security, intelligence teams, and other departments to provide timely updates on risk assessments and security measures. Executive Protection Program Support: Assist in the implementation and management of the Executive Protection program, ensuring effective communication and coordination with the Executive Protection team. Support logistical arrangements for executive travel, including detailed route analysis, site assessments, and security briefings. Assist in coordinating security for high-profile events, ensuring adherence to protocols and managing onsite requirements. Help organize training sessions for security personnel, focusing on executive protection standards and operational guidelines. Maintain records of all security incidents, investigations, and operational activities. Generate reports on executive security performance metrics and compliance with internal policies and legal standards for management review. Maintain training records for all members of the Executive Protection Team Qualifications: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Required: A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in a security, law enforcement, or corporate environment. Strong understanding of executive protection operations and risk management principles. Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving skills and capability to think critically under pressure. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. A proactive attitude with a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and security. Preferred: Familiarity with executive protection protocols and the ability to navigate high-stress situations effectively. Experience working with diverse teams and understanding the dynamics of a global security operation is a plus. Other: Up to 10% travel may be required.
