Perform Consolidations Accounting and Prepare Internal/External Financial Statements Record recurring journal entries for eliminations and consolidation, debt and equity transactions, investments and other. Perform quarterly reconciliations for debt, equity, investments and consolidation accounts Prepare periodic consolidated financial statements Assist with preparing SEC filings, including financial statements and footnote support for 10-Q's, 10-K's, certain 8-K's (e.g., earnings releases), etc. Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for the Company's subsidiaries as required under the company's debt structure Perform analysis on various balance sheet and income statement accounts Maintain compliance with SOX controls in the financial reporting areas Prepare support for quarterly balance sheet and cash flow review meeting with the CFO Support for Treasury Reporting Update debt model for changes in management fee and interest reserve requirement Support preparation of debt covenant ratios Support preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly debt compliance certificates Other Accounting, Reporting and Analysis Duties Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by Finance leadership (including assessment of significant accounting transactions, preparation of technical accounting memos and consolidation analysis) Coordinate audit requests and status with internal and external auditors Procure, review and document evaluation of key service organization reports ESG/Sustainability data gathering and validation Prepare 401K financial statements and support Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance; CPA license required +3 years professional experience in accounting and reporting (public accounting audit experience strongly preferred; background with audit of or practical experience in public companies highly desired) Solid verbal and written communication skills Excellent analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel pivot tables and various functions Experience with PeopleSoft, HFM, Donnelley Active Disclosure and BlackLine a plus Ability to work well independently Experience with consolidations, financial statement preparation, SEC and management reporting and internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) No travel required Additional Information
