As a Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with suppliers. What You Will Do: Source and purchase goods and services for the organization Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods Build and maintain relationships with suppliers Analyze market trends and make recommendations for purchasing decisions Work Experience What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar role Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities SAP Experience required Pay Range: (Hourly) $65K - $75K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Wichita, KS. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
