Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead daily quarry operations to ensure safe and efficient production. Coordinate and supervise team members and equipment usage. Monitor material quality and production output. Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance. Communicate effectively with management and support teams. Demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities. Strong understanding of quarry operations and equipment. Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems proactively. Effective communication and organizational skills. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
