Senior People Operations Manager
Join Airtable as our Senior People Operations Manager and lead the transformation of our People function through scalable, automated, and AI-enabled processes. What You'll Do Design and continuously improve scalable, automated, and AI-enabled People Ops processes across the entire employee lifecycle (hire to retire) Own the development, implementation, and governance of global HR policies in partnership with Legal, HRBPs, and Compliance Build and maintain a proactive global HR compliance roadmap (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, and other regional regulations) Design and scale a robust People operations infrastructure - partnering with the HR Tech Lead to optimize our tech stack (Workday, Payroll, and integrations), lead the roadmap for service delivery tools (case management, ticketing, knowledge base), and enhance employee self-service and data integrity through automation and shared services. Pilot and implement AI-powered tools and automations to reduce operational load and improve employee experience Act as a key connector across Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, Talent, and Workplace to ensure seamless, integrated employee experiences Collaborate with HRBPs and L&D on program execution, including onboarding, engagement surveys, compliance training, and other lifecycle touch points Identify and implement new EOR solutions, global payroll providers, and centralized documentation initiatives Who You Are Experienced HR operations leader (10+ years) with a proven track record managing teams and driving process improvement in a global, fast-paced environment Skilled in mapping workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and scaling processes for efficiency and compliance Deep expertise in HR systems, especially Workday, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation to enhance HR service delivery Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to partner effectively across Payroll, IT, Finance, Legal, and other business units Data-driven and outcomes-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency, process SLAs, and system reliability Adept at navigating complex regulatory environments and building proactive compliance roadmaps Committed to delivering an exceptional employee experience through technology, process, and partnership Airtable is an equal opportunity employer. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is: $196,000 - $276,600 USD For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is: $177,000 - $250,300 USD
