Is responsible for supervising EVS staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met for the hospital and adjacent facilities. Promotes teamwork to ensure work is completed timely and helps maintain an efficient and safe working environment. Assumes responsibility of day, evening or night shift operation of the EVS department and related responsibilities. The value you'll bring to the team: Supervises/monitors staff to ensure that work is properly performed May create and review schedules. Approves scheduling requests Documents all work that has been performed such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Regularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable cleaning practices The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Required qualifications: 1 Work Experience Preferred qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv Certified Healthcare Environmental Service Professional (CHESP) This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
