Operations Administrative Assistant
Our client, a dynamic organization in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking an Operations Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Operations Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Operations Administrative Assistant Location: Torrance, CA Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00 Shift: 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift What's the Job? Provide timely and accurate completion of all assigned reports, presentations, manuals, etc. Manage special projects as assigned, providing coordination as needed to ensure timelines are met. Perform administrative duties including typing, answering telephones, filing, faxing, and distributing correspondence. Greet all visitors courteously, determine their needs, and assist them accordingly. Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies and manage purchasing as needed. What's Needed? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management. What's in it for me?
