Join Our Team as a Senior Account Executive, Financial Services. Hallmark Business Connections (HBC) is a subsidiary of Hallmark Cards. As a Senior Account Executive at HBC, you will identify, nurture, and close deals that help thousands of financial advisors and insurance agents build lasting relationships with their customers. Your focus will be on driving new logo growth across key verticals by working closely with account directors, marketing, and product owners to maximize growth opportunities. You will leverage your marketing and technology expertise, along with excellent communication skills, to foster confidence and trust with prospects, clients, and internal teams. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales & Marketing, you will be empowered to pursue meaningful deals that drive our company's growth goals. Primary Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing revenue-generating opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and executing account strategies for new, expansion, and renewal bookings. New Logo Acquisition: Focus on acquiring new logos within a highly targeted ICP territory of prospects. Sales Process Ownership: Manage the sales process end-to-end, including discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and other SMEs to align on solutions, offerings, and emerging client and market opportunities. Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing staff, Art Directors, and Editorial Directors on pitch decks and sales collateral to impress your target audience and remain fresh, relevant, and impactful. Solution Selling: Build, iterate, and execute a repeatable B2B SaaS solution selling motion, discovering high-value customer use cases, positioning HBC solutions, and scaling across industries. Demos: Conduct tailored, high-impact demos. Stakeholder Alignment: Stay tightly aligned with internal stakeholders to ensure successful handoffs and client retention. Negotiation: Work with management and legal to negotiate pricing and contract terms. Forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and guide clients through complex projects. Ability to travel as needed (25-50%) to meet with customers, attend events, and foster relationships. Previous marketing or sales experience in financial planning, wealth management, property and casualty insurance, or banking. Experience in marketing automation or agency work. Experience working with Fortune 1000 clients and securing $500k+ contracts, managing the sales process end-to-end. Experience leading cross-functional teams to serve client needs. Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail. Knowledge or proficiency in Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Copilot.
