Will be required to pass training on transference techniques.Ability to stay calm in excitable or emergency situations.Ability to communicate clearly.Ability to work independently.Good physical and mental health.Pleasant/professional personality and behavior.Related prior experience helpful. However, on the job training will be provided to suit our special requirements.Will be expected to attend all mandatory In-Service training and RN meetings.Willing to work weekends.Knowledge of American Sign Language and Deaf culture is a plus but not required. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation.
