Learning & Development Intern, Fall 2025

We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall Semester. This role will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in creating KHAITE specific content for LinkedIn Learning Draft and design internal KHAITE employee newsletters Support the relaunch of the KHAITE careers site, ensuring an engaging and on-brand candidate experience Help organize and coordinate training workshops for our internship group Contribute to other People team projects as needed Assist in maintaining and updating learning resources, guides, and toolkits Research industry best practices in employee learning and engagement to inform new initiatives Track participation and feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement Skills & Requirements Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and a sense of urgency Strong written and verbal communication skills Passion for learning, collaboration, and the fashion industry Education/Experience: Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; as well as the Google Suite Prior internship or work experience in retail or customer-centric industry.
