Days : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (M-F with weekend rotations) Responsibilities:
Directs and supervises Unit Managers, Supervisors and Charge Nurses RN/LPN Trains, supports and assists as needed Communicates effectively with Director of Nursing Performs other required duties Requirements:
Graduate of accredited nursing program Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) 5 years long-term care experience preferred 2-3 years of nursing management experience preferred CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required Supervisory responsibility:
Nurses, certified nursing assistants, shadow aides.
