Where You'll Make a Difference Supporting Process R&D projects including new product development and process improvement in the areas of rate, quality, and yield Leading monthly baseline trials in pilot plant Leading and executing project experiments in application labs and pilot plant Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly quality reports and presenting to engineering and site management Statistical analysis to determine process capability Other projects may include exposure to analytical lab, applications, and sensory teams, or supporting capital projects What Makes You the Right Fit Currently enrolled as Sophomore, Junior, or Senior working towards a Bachelors degree at an ABET accredited program Available to complete 7-month assignment Technical knowledge in Mathematics, Statistics, Laboratory equipment operation and safety and MS Office Software Must have a valid working permit to work in the USA Demonstrated ability to collect, process, and analyze data Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong time management and organizational skills How Would You Stand Out?
