QC Coordinator 2nd Shift

In the position of QC Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and maintaining programs that ensure Monster Energy is compliant with all federal, state and local requirements. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for managing and maintaining programs that ensure Monster Energy is compliant with all federal, state and local requirements. Work is centered in the support of the QC leadership team and Testers. Assist in the remediation of all deviations, non-conforming material and complaints. Coordinate 3rd party lab testing submissions for complaint investigations, country submissions, and validation efforts. Oversee the shelf life extension program for raw materials. Participate in technical reviews necessary to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance, including; raw material and finished good specifications, label approval, master manufacturing records, etc. Conducts internal GMP/Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training as required. Position Requirements: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Chemistry, Microbiology, or related technical field Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a regulated industry professional job, or as a Quality Analyst or Technician in food manufacturing Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in writing procedures for a regulated industry Computer Skills Desired: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge preferred Preferred Certifications: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) preferred Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Knowledge of general statistics for manufacturing operations Base Salary Range: $24.00 -$29.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
