Bartender Position
Are you passionate about mixology and guest service? We are seeking an experienced, energetic bartender who brings both skill and personality behind the bar. Prepare drink orders to guests' specifications while maintaining the Belle quality standards. Follow directions and instructions based upon the BEO provided Handle payment for beverage and food purchases in compliance with The Belle and cash handling procedures as needed. Properly input guest orders through the POS system as needed. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Maintain current and accurate knowledge of industry trends. Assist in managing the inventory for beer, wine, liquor, sodas, and other beverage ingredients. Perform side work as needed. (i.e., keeping area clean, restocking, etc.) Properly check all guests' identification to ensure legal age compliance. Follow all safety and sanitation policies Adhere to The Belle beverage requisition and restoking systems What You Bring: Minimum 2 years experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant preferred. Strong spirits, beer and wine knowledge High School Diploma or GED Salary Range: $12-$14/hour + tips About The Company: For over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
