Prepare bids for commercial construction projects ($10M-$80M) Oversee & review project plans, requirements, and specifications Develop multi-disciplinary estimates Determine labor and equipment costs Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing Understand project logistics and scheduling What You Bring to the Table:
4+ years of construction experience Stable work history Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience estimating projects of $30M or more is highly desirable Compensation & Perks:
