Job Summary:
Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) for cable and connector departments as well as review customer FAI. Be flexible to support and Inspect product to ensure incoming, electrical, in process, and final inspection material meets internal and customer requirements. Work with production to meet the needs of our internal customers.
Essential Functions: Perform FAI (First Article Inspection) Complete mechanical, visual and electrical incoming, in-process, and final inspections for the cable assembly and existing legacy products Maintain Quality records using Quality data collection software or logs Transfer product using ERP system Complete mechanical, visual and electrical incoming, in-process, and final inspections for the cable assembly and existing legacy products Other duties as assigned by manager Required Skills/Qualifications:
1+ years experience preparing and reviewing FAIs, preferably using AS9102 form Proficient with Excel 1+ years Physical Requirements:
Medium work including moving objects up to 50lbs
