Customer Service Representative (Dispatcher)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Mesa, AZ that is looking to add a Dispatcher to their team. This is a full-time in-office position Monday through Friday. Pay range depending on prior experience is $22.00-$25.00 per hour.
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely and efficient services. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-pressure environments, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to customer calls regarding services, recording significant information into the database and creating work orders. Dispatch drivers and technicians for scheduled deliveries or service calls. Ensure routes are properly scheduled for all technicians. Monitor vehicle routes and statuses to optimize scheduling and delivery efficiency. Communicate with plant production, yard personnel, and customer service teams to align delivery schedules. Generate invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents. Maintain radio or digital contact with drivers to expedite deliveries and resolve issues. Track and report on fleet performance, customer satisfaction, and service quality. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to improve service delivery. Maintain accurate logs and records of calls, dispatches, and activities. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or fleet management (2 years required). Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations. Knowledge of local geography and routing logistics. High school diploma or equivalent required. If you are interested apply now!
