As a Product Data Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and governance compliance of product data across the organization. You will work closely with many departments to support consistent, high-quality product content across all channels and will directly impact the operational efficiency and customer experience across NSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry in a manufacturing environment. Position Overview:
The Product Data Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and governance compliance of product data across the organization. This role manages and maintains product attributes within our ERP system, Salsify, and future product data systems introduced as the company grows and expands its portfolio. Working closely with Tech Design, Product Management, Ecommerce, Marketing, and Operations, the coordinator will help identify and correct historical data issues, prevent new errors, and ensure product information meets our governance standards. By supporting consistent, high-quality product content across all channels, this position directly impacts operational efficiency, customer experience, and our ability to scale effectively. Essential Job Functions:
Create, maintain, and govern product master data across ERP, Salsify, and future product data systems introduced as the company grows and expands its portfolio. Ensure product content is complete, accurate, and optimized for internal systems and external channels (e.g., ecommerce, distributors, digital catalogs). Manage and update product attribute frameworks, taxonomy, and enrichment processes to maintain consistency and scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations to onboard new SKUs and support product lifecycle changes. Maintain and configure the Salsify platform, including templates, channels, readiness reports, and syndication workflows. Monitor product data quality, resolve discrepancies, and implement processes that support continuous improvement and adherence to data governance standards. Support digital transformation and ecommerce initiatives by enhancing product content, imagery, and attributes for improved digital shelf presence. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to improve system integrations and automation of product data flows Non-Essential Job Functions:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and completeness Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing product data in an ERP and/or product content management system (Salsify experience preferred but not required). Proven ability to maintain large sets of product attributes and digital content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness across systems and channels. Experience applying data governance standards and resolving historical data issues is highly desirable. Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent product data across systems. Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across Product Development, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations. Data-driven mindset centered on product content readiness, digital accuracy, and operational efficiency. Physical Requirements: Long periods of sitting or standing at an individual workstation, heavy computer work. Working Conditions: Daily work in a temperature-controlled office environment, heavy computer work, must be able to stand/sit for duration of workday.
