Job Description
Alliance Industrial Solutions is urgently hiring Warehouse Associates for our client located near the Akron/Canton Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company known for innovation and career development.

This location is not accessible by public transportation.
Pay & Benefits: Starting pay: $15/hour with room for advancement
Raises and a comprehensive benefits package available after a brief probationary period
Strong potential for long-term career growth, with internal promotion and cross-training opportunities Shift Information:
1st 7:00am - 3:30pm 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Mandatory overtime required - flexibility is essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting
Ability to accurately locate and count inventory
Ability to use a RF scanner preferred but not required. We have onsite training
Ability to stage and stack larger orders onto a pallet
Operate a pallet jack
Capable of conducting equipment safety checks
Able to maintain a steady work pace independently or in a team environment
Strong communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
Comfortable standing for long periods and working overtime
