Brand Marketing, Senior Project Manager
Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Brand Marketing Senior Project Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team in Los Angeles. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution of creative assets, and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with creative acumen and technical proficiency in design tools. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teamsincluding the Paris-based Global Brand teamto ensure alignment with brand strategy, adherence to brand guidelines, and seamless execution across markets. This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional travel to Westfield centers for campaign deployment and site coordination. Project & Workflow Management Lead end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, including scoping, scheduling, resource planning, and milestone tracking. Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines using platforms such as Monday.com, Basecamp, or similar. Coordinate cross-functional teamsincluding Digital Marketing, Center Marketing, Operations, Development, Leasing, and the Paris brand teamto ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Creative Asset Production & Delivery Oversee the production and delivery of digital and print assets, large format, OOH, including paid media files, signage, presentations, and toolkits. Ensure all creative files meet technical specifications and brand standards prior to release. Manage version control, file naming conventions, and asset archiving for efficient retrieval and reuse. Brand Consistency & Guidelines Management Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs and channels. Partner with the Paris brand team to ensure global brand standards are upheld in all US executions. Review and approve final creative assets for consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance. Creative Collaboration & Acumen Collaborate with VP of US Marketing, designers, art directors, and content creators to shape visual assets and campaign materials. Provide clear, actionable feedback to ensure creative outputs align with strategic objectives and brand identity. Demonstrate strong design sensibility and ability to translate marketing strategy into compelling visuals. Vendor & Agency Coordination Serve as primary liaison for external agencies and production vendors, managing contracts, feedback cycles, and delivery schedules. Track and report on vendor performance, budget adherence, and production timelines. Toolkits & Resource Deployment Manage the distribution of brand toolkits and campaign resources to internal stakeholders and field teams. Provide documentation and support to ensure proper usage of creative assets. Reporting & Optimization Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and asset delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management within brand marketing or creative services. Strong creative acumen and understanding of visual design principles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, PowerPoint. Experience managing digital and print asset production, including paid media deliverables. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Slack, Basecamp). Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to collaborate across departments and geographies, including international teams. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Compensation : Exempt / $115,000-$135,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus Location:
