You'll take ownership of preparing, interpreting, and sharing the financial story of our division-helping leaders make smart, data-driven decisions. How You Will Make An Impact: Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing process effectively and efficiently Prepare accurate financial statements, maintain/reconcile ledger accounts, update and report out on department budgets Provide timely data through ad-hoc reporting for other managers to assist with decision-making Provides sales and inventory analysis reports as needed to help support the division Inventory & Asset Management: Finished goods inventory management including participation in cycle counting program, physical inventory, and monitoring months on hand Assist with capital expenditure requests and audits, and management of fixed assets within the division Participation in annual standard cost roll-up Business Process Improvement: Help other employees understand how their decisions will impact financial results Identifies, communicates, and trains others on key business drivers Analyze processes, identifying, and acting upon opportunities to reduce complexity and simplify What You Need To Do To Be Successful In This Role: Business-Focused: Maintains a sharp sense of top priorities for the business; detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
