AppleCare Pricing Analyst
AppleCare Finance is looking for a highly motivated problem solver to join the Pricing Team to support our dynamic AppleCare business and transform the way we do pricing. The AppleCare Pricing Team is looking for a Pricing Analyst who will be responsible for global out-of-warranty and program pricing implementation for a variety of product lines and service parts. This team member will also coordinate pricing processes, research pricing issues and escalations, and work on system enhancement projects to meet the growing demands of the Business. As Pricing Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Business Development, Channel Services, Engineering, Material Planning, and other business partners to support the price setting process for AppleCare's product launches. This position requires an individual who is a strong team player, has experience with database systems, a good working knowledge of SAP and Excel, technical knowledge on process automation, such as scripting, and excellent attention to detail. The preferred candidate will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and have a history of proactive problem solving. The analyst will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and often with tight time constraints. The role will involve a high volume of discreet pricing elements to maintain and therefore attention to detail is critical. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years relevant Finance experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes Sharp attention to detail yet understand the big picture Skilled at meeting tight deadlines, thinking globally, and collaborating cross-functionally Strong problem solving and prioritization skills Ability to work comfortably with high level of ambiguity and complexity Ability to navigate through a large organization Excel/Excel Macros, JavaScript or other scripting languages Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, SQL, Dataiku is preferred At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
