Job Summary Grande Cheese Company is looking for a hands-on Manager, Maintenance Reliability to take our Brownsville facility plant performance to the next level. You'll lead the execution of our Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy, maximizing equipment uptime, boosting asset performance, and transforming how maintenance gets done. Partnering with production, engineering, and quality teams, you'll get ahead of downtime, fine-tune processes for peak efficiency, and build a culture where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are the norm. What you need to be considered for the role: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field is desired. An equivalent level of experience may be considered. 7+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position. Experience in a shared plant environment or similar, where prioritization and effective resource allocation are essential. Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods, reliability engineering, and best practices. Proficiency in CMMS software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting maintenance activities. Understanding lean manufacturing principles, TPM, and root cause analysis tools. Ability to spend approximately 50% of time on floor and 50% performing administrative duties. CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) preferred. Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophies and their practical application in manufacturing or operations environments is preferred.
