Vice President Of Community Development And Community Affairs Officer (Cao)
The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Vice President of Community Development and Community Affairs Officer (CAO). Reporting to the Senior Vice President of External Engagement the CAO leads the Bank's community development function. The goals of the Cleveland Feds Community Affairs Officer are to: Advance community development strategy Strengthen the Banks understanding of LMI communities Position the Cleveland Fed as a credible voice on economic mobility Foster collaboration between sectors Integrate community development into the Banks broader external engagement strategy Key responsibilities include: Strategic leadership of community development Team management and oversight External engagement and collaboration Thought leadership and influence Critical background and capabilities include: A deep commitment to advancing economic opportunity and strengthening LMI communities A deep understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Strong analytical skills Proven ability to design and lead strategic initiatives Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse partners Exceptional communication and storytelling skills Proven success in leading people, managing multidisciplinary teams Strong interpersonal skills Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10 years of work experience Location: Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA Citizenship requirements: This position requires access to confidential supervisory information and/or FOMC information, which is limited to "Protected Individuals" as defined in the U.S. federal immigration law.
