Regional Director of Sales
The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for driving revenue performance, leading property-level sales teams and executing strategic initiatives to grow market share and achieve financial targets. This position will play a critical role in coaching high-performing teams, optimizing key account management and ensuring alignment with EOS Hospitality's broader business objectives. A strong focus on relationship-building, results-driven leadership, and delivering best-in-class guest and client experiences will be essential to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct sales teams to achieve departmental and property-level performance goals. Provide strategic guidance on group and transient RFP processes, ensuring alignment with each hotel's business needs. Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate efforts, avoid duplication, and drive revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Coach and develop sales talent through regular training, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback. Lead recurring sales meetings and ensure alignment with corporate and property priorities. Oversee the preparation of key sales reports, including monthly and annual forecasts, tactical sales plans, booking pace, STR analysis, and weekly performance commentary. Present strategy updates to property leadership and ownership groups, providing insights on current performance, forecast trends, and revenue-driving initiatives. Monitor travel and hospitality industry trends to identify opportunities and inform sales strategy. Use these trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue from established and new markets. Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic insights that support property-level decision-making. Conduct persuasive sales presentations and participate in client engagement activities, traveling as required. Represent the company by championing EOS Hospitality's brand and service philosophy in all client interactions and business dealings. Partner with the Marketing and Revenue teams to align promotional and distribution efforts with sales objectives. Lead the development and execution of annual Sales & Marketing Plans, with adjustments based on market dynamics. Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to the staff. Follow attendance guidelines and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications 7 years minimum sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality market is preferred. 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major preferred A complete understanding forecasting, selling, of the northeastern travel market Highly motivated individual who can work independently Ability to handle confidential information discretely and in the proper manner Self-starter, and possess excellent presentation skills, Proven track record of sales tactical planning and execution. Proven track record of successfully leading a sales organization. Effective decision-making skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills May be required to work varying schedules and be able to travel Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) Effective conflict management skills Strong customer and colleague relation skills The salary range for this position is $210,000 to $240,000 annually.
