Nashville, Tennessee Summit Management Corporation, a premier hospitality and real estate management and development company in Nashville, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with our President. This is far more than a traditional executive assistant position
you'll serve as a trusted partner to the President, managing critical business functions across corporate, investment, and nonprofit activities. Your work will directly support decision-making, drive project execution, and help shape the company's continued growth and community impact. Key Areas of Responsibility
Provide executive-level support, including schedule management, correspondence, travel, and priority tracking. Manage accounting and bookkeeping functions, including above-property payables, payroll, investor/lender reporting, banking, and personal financial matters. Oversee corporate compliance, contract management, and annual entity filings. Drive delegated project management initiatives. Support the President's nonprofit board and organizational commitments. Maintain the company's website and oversee technology platforms. Utilize Microsoft 365, Adobe PDF, ADP Workforce Now, M3 Accounting, Zoom, and Dropbox. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior executive assistant or in a similar leadership support role. - Strong accounting and financial administration skills. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in listed applications and adaptability to new tools. - Highest level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
