Assembler - Level 1
As an assembler, you will utilize hand and power tools to manufacture HVAC units. This role requires a team-oriented attitude and a willingness to collaborate effectively. Responsibilities
Use hand and power tools to assemble units Work collaboratively with team members in a production setting. Adhere to quality standards by measuring and inspecting products. Essential Skills
Proficient use of tape measure and hand tools. Strong attention to detail. Blueprint experience Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Willingness to learn and be trained. Consistent attendance and reliability. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holmen, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
