Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a cutting-edge GMP facility, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining all stainless steel biopharma equipment. Responsibilities
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. Collaborate with co-workers to determine root causes of failures and recommend and implement corrective actions. Maintain operation of cGMP utility equipment, including HVAC, Dust Collection, Coolers, Air Compressors, Lighting, Electrical, and Water/Plumbing systems. Order and requisition machine parts, equipment, and other supplies to maintain stock. Support the training of maintenance and operations employees. Write or modify Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair problems promptly, and perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance. Demonstrate excellence in maintenance functions, understanding motors, valves, heat exchangers, instrumentation, pumps, agitators, alignments, seal replacement, chillers, boilers, and various tools. Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting Mechanical maintenance Hydraulics and pneumatics PLC troubleshooting 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience 2+ years of experience with motors, valves, pumps, agitators, chillers, boilers, and hydraulic press 2+ years of preventive maintenance experience Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr. - Direct Hire- Competitive pay: $30-$35 per hour- Can accrue unlimited amounts (14-15 weeks)- 4 paid holidays- 8 Floating- Full benefits including: Medical, dental, vision- Short & long term disability- Stock Program- Profit Sharing Workplace Type
